Welcome to 313eko (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website at 313eko.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our site.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You may use our site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation; to send any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material; or to transmit any data that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful software.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site at our sole discretion without notice if we believe you have breached these terms.

All orders placed through our site are subject to acceptance by 313eko. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after an order confirmation has been sent, for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods. Payment is processed securely via Paystack. We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD.

Failure of payment authorisation will result in automatic cancellation of the order. All financial information you provide is encrypted and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All prices displayed on our site are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. We take every care to ensure that prices are accurate at the time of publication; however, if an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Promotional discounts and voucher codes are valid for a single use unless otherwise stated and cannot be combined with other offers.

We deliver across Nigeria. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over ₦150,000 qualify for free standard delivery.

Delivery timescales are estimates only and not guaranteed. 313eko shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, logistics disruptions, or public holidays.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@313eko.com.

We want you to love your 313eko pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. Please review our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details, including eligible items and the returns process.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our returns criteria.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of 313eko or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

The 313eko name, logo, and all related product names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 313eko. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the site, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria for resolution of any legal matters arising in connection with these Terms.
