ORDERS & SHIPPING
Yes. We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. Whether you're in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, or anywhere in between — your pair finds you.
Lagos deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Other states generally take 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking update once your order ships.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We use a live delivery pricing system so you always see the actual cost before you pay — no surprises.
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also log into your account and check the status of your order under Order History.
If your order hasn't been processed yet, reach out to us immediately via the Contact page or DM us on Instagram — we'll do our best to help. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we're unable to make changes.
PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
All our pieces are crafted from 100% genuine leather. Depending on the style, you'll find cow leather, python skin, snake skin, goat leather, suede, goat fur, and other premium hides — all selected for durability, texture, and finish.
Yes. Every pair is handcrafted at our workshop in Egbeda, Lagos. The craft is done by hand — no mass production, no shortcuts.

Some styles are part of our permanent collection and will be restocked. Limited edition pieces, however, are produced in small runs and may not return once they're gone. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to know when new drops land.
Generally, yes. Most of our footwear runs true to European sizing. We recommend checking the Size Guide for detailed measurements if you're between sizes or ordering for the first time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Contact us via the Contact page or reach us on Instagram with your order number and reason for return. We'll walk you through the next steps.
Yes, subject to stock availability. If your size is available, we'll arrange an exchange once we receive the original item. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Limited edition items are eligible for return within 7 days under the same conditions as the rest of our collection — unworn, original condition, original packaging.
PAYMENT
We accept all major Nigerian debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) as well as bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely.
Yes. We do not store your card details. All payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant payment gateway.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Keep them clean and dry. Wipe off dust or light dirt with a soft, damp cloth. For conditioning, use a leather-appropriate cream or oil — avoid petroleum-based products. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Suede styles require a suede brush and suede protector spray. Proper care significantly extends the life of your pair.
Avoid soaking leather in water, exposing it to excessive heat or direct sunlight for long periods, and using harsh chemicals or household cleaners. These will crack and fade the leather over time.
