Returns & Exchanges

We want every 313eko purchase to be perfect.

Our Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags still attached and in original packaging. We inspect all returned items before processing a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@313eko.com with your order number and reason for return.

How to Return

  2. 2Receive your Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions from our team within 1–2 business days.
  3. 3Securely package your item(s), including the RA number visibly on the outside of the parcel, and ship to the address provided.
  4. 4Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit on the return journey.

Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return or exchange:

  • Footwear (slippers, sandals, shoes) — unworn, unsoled, with tags

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received in a defective or incorrect condition.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. Please indicate your preferred exchange item when contacting us to initiate a return. If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns and must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, except in cases where the item received was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. In such cases, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service for all returns, as 313eko cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged on their way back to us.
